摘要
为了降低建筑运营阶段的碳排放量,以BIM技术为基础建立了建筑节能分析的方法和建筑运营阶段碳排放量的计算模型。以杭州市某别墅建筑为例进行碳排放量研究,分析结果表明,在50年的运营阶段,选用双层Low-E玻璃减少了碳排放量140 t,约占初始方案的4.7%;建筑朝向的改变减少了碳排放量40 t,约占初始方案的1.4%。玻璃材质的选取比建筑朝向的改变作用明显,得出建筑材料的选取是运营阶段降低碳排放量的重要措施,为今后同类项目的碳排放量研究和节能减排措施提供参考依据。
In order to reduce the carbon emissions during the operation stage of building,a method of building energy efficiency analysis and a computing model have been built on account of BIM technology.Taking a villa in Hangzhou as the research object,model results indicate that the using of double-layer Low-E glass can reduce the carbon emissions of 140 tons in the operation stage of 50 years which is about 4. 7 percent of the initial design,the changing of building orientation can reduce carbon emissions of 40 tons in the operation stage of 50 years which is about 1. 4 percent of the initial design,which shows that the selection of the building materials is a more important measure to reduce the carbon emission in the operation stage than the orientation of building. This paper can provide constructive reference for future research on the building energy conservation and carbon emission reduction.
