肝豆状核变性肝胆湿热病机探讨

根据肝豆状核变性主要各家病因病机和辨证治疗认识,结合本病临床症状以及西医相关理论,以衷中参西的理念从肝胆湿热角度探讨本病;发现肝豆状核变性病因病机多为先天禀赋不足为本、铜毒痰瘀为标等虚实夹杂之说或火热燔灼,引动肝风之论,治疗亦依其病因病机辨证论治,在临床上获得一定的疗效。然而临床上本病多表现为肝胆湿热,铜毒内蕴之证,依据遗传和铜代谢障碍西医致病机制以及现代研究进展,肝豆状核变性主要从肝胆湿热的病因病机入手进行辨证论治,在临床治疗上取得了肯定的疗效。

Discussion on the etiology and pahogenesis of Wilson＇s Disease from the Liver and Gall according to the main comprehension of pathogenesis、atreatment based on syndrome differentiation、the clinical symptoms of this disease and Western-related theory about Wilson＇s disease.We found that etiology of Wilson＇s disease most presents insufficient of natural endowment、binding of phlegm and stasis and so on.So,the treatment is also based on it,which clinically achieved a certain effect. However,clinical manifestations of this disease are mostly dampness-heat in liver and gallbla and copper toxion. Based on genetic and copper metabolic disorders and modern research,it has made a positive effect to treat Wilson＇s Disease from dampness-heat in liver and gallbla
