摘要
目的:探讨酸入肝,酸是补肝还是泻肝。方法:查阅相关文献,从《黄帝内经》的原文出发,结合《黄帝内经》上下文及中医理论、临床实践,研究经文的原意。结果:《黄帝内经》对五味入五脏的理论严谨而全面,只有我们不断去发掘,才能理解《黄帝内经》的真正内含。结论:酸补的是肝体即肝阴,而泻的是肝用即肝阳;辛补的是肝用即肝阳,而泻的是肝体即肝阴。
Objective: To explore the sour take into the liver will tonifying liver or not. Methods: Read relevant literature,starting from the original text of" Huangdi Neijing", combining the context of" Huangdi Neijing" and the theory and clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine to study the original meaning of the scriptures. Results: The theory of" Huangdi Neijing" is rigorous and comprehensive on the theory of five flavors and five internal organs. Only by constantly excavating can we understand the true content of the" Huangdi Neijing". Conclusion: Sour tonifying liver yin and excludes liver yang. Pungency tonifying liver yang and excludes liver yin.
