滋肾宁心胶囊治疗更年期综合征经济学研究

Pharmacoeconomic Analysis of Zishen Ningxin Capsule for Perimenopausal Syndrome

目的:探讨滋肾宁心胶囊治疗更年期综合征的药物经济学。方法:更年期综合征患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别给予滋肾宁心胶囊和坤泰胶囊进行治疗,比较其疗效与不良反应,并进行成本-效果比分析。结果治疗组和对照组患者的KI评分均显著降低(P<0.05),但组间差异无统计学意义;2组治疗后总有效率分别为83.3%和93.3%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组药品成本-效果比分别为1.43、6.28,治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论两种药物对更年期综合征的疗效相当,但滋肾宁心胶囊成本-效果比明显较低。

Objective： To investigate the pharmacoeconomics of Zishen Ningxin Capsule in the treatment of climacteric syndrome. Methods： Sixty patients with climacteric syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. They were treated with Zishen Ningxin Capsule and Kuntai Capsule respectively, and their efficacy and adverse reactions were compared. Cost-effectiveness ratio analysis was also performed. Results： The KI scores of the treatment group and the control group were significantly lower（P〈0.05）, but there was no significant difference between the groups. The total effective rates of the two groups after treatment were 83.3% and 93.3%, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. The cost-effectiveness ratios of the two groups were 1.43 and6.28, respectively, and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The efficacy of the two drugs on climacteric syndrome is comparable, but the cost-effectiveness ratio of Zishenningxin Capsule is significantly lower.
