益气化瘀方内服对下肢静脉曲张微创术后并发症发生的防治

Preventive Effect of Yiqi Huayu Recipe on Complications after Minimally Invasive Surgery for Varicose Veins of Lower Extremity

目的:探讨益气化瘀方内服对下肢静脉曲张微创术后并发症发生的预防作用。方法:选取2013年1月~2017年1月本院收治的下肢静脉曲张患者121例的病例资料进行回顾性分析。所有患者均行大隐静脉高位结扎和大腿段主干剥脱术,小腿部均用激光灼闭治疗。入选病例中围术期给予中药汤剂内服的患者61例(观察组),未给予中药内服的患者60例(对照组)。观察2组术后并发症发生情况。结果:观察组FPS-R评分:0级49例,Ⅰ级6例、Ⅱ级5例、Ⅲ级1例,与对照组(0级18例,Ⅰ级20例、Ⅱ级15例、Ⅲ级7例)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组血栓性浅静脉炎、皮下淤血、色素沉着情况明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组隐神经损伤、皮肤灼伤、深静脉血栓情况与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在下肢静脉曲张围术期给予益气化瘀方内服能够预防术后并发症的发生,减轻疼痛。

Objective： To investigate the preventive effect of Yiqi Huayu Recipe on complications after minimally invasive surgery for varicose veins of lower extremity. Methods： 121 cases of varicose veins of lower extremities were retrospectively analyzed. All patients underwent high ligation of the great saphenous vein and stripping of the trunk of the thigh, all the lower legs were treated by laser cauterization.Among the selected cases, 61 cases were treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction during the perioperative period（observation group）, 60 cases were not given traditional Chinese medicine（control group）. The postoperative complications of the two groups were observed. Results：The observation group FPS-R score： 49 cases was 0 grade, 6 cases was I grade, 5 cases was II grade, 1 cases were grade, compared with the control group（There were 18 cases in grade 0, 20 cases in grade I, 15 cases in grade II, and7 cases in grade III）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）; the superficial thrombophlebitis, subcutaneous congestion and pigmentation in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; the saphenous nerve injury, skin burn, deep venous thrombosis in the observation group were compared with those in the control group, the difference was not statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Oral administration of Yiqi Huayu decoction during perioperative period can prevent the occurrence of postoperative comp lications, it can relieve pain.
