长效镇痛剂联合耳穴压丸法治疗肛肠病术后疼痛的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Long-acting Analgesic Combined with Auricular Point Pressing Pill on Postoperative Pain of Anorectal Disease

目的:探讨长效镇痛剂联合耳穴压丸法在治疗肛肠病术后疼痛的效果。方法:100例行肛肠病术后患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。在对两组患者术后进行注射长效镇痛剂的基础上,给予观察组患者耳穴压丸法治疗,评估两组患者术后的疼痛值、生活质量和并发症。结果:观察组术后在各时间点的疼痛值均为轻度疼痛,对照组术后在各时间点的疼痛值均为中、重度疼痛,观察组各时间点疼痛值均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后生活质量量表各维度评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后创缘水肿、便秘并发症均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:长效镇痛剂联合耳穴压丸疗法在治疗肛肠病患者术后疼痛的效果显著,值得推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the effect of long-acting analgesic combined with auricular acupoint pressing pill on the postoperative pain of anorectal diseases. Methods： A hundred patients after anorectal surgery were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random alphabet method,50 cases in each group. On the basis of the injection of long-acting analgesics after operation,the observation group was given auricular acupoint pressing pill therapy,and then the postoperative pain value,quality of life and complications of the two groups of patients were assessed. Results： The pain values of the observation group at each time point were all mild pain. The pain values of the control group at different time points were moderate and severe. At each time point the pain value of the observation group were better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. In the observation group,the postoperative quality of life scale scores of all dimension were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence of the postoperative edema and constipation complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Long-acting analgesics combined with auricular acupoint pressing pills are effective in the treatment of postoperative pain in patients with anorectal disease and are worth popularizing.
