摘要
复方苦参注射液(Compound Kushen Injection,CKI)的主要有效成分是具有抗肿瘤活性的苦参碱(Matrine,MA)和氧化苦参碱(Oxymatrine,OM),多项研究结果提示CKI在治疗结直肠癌(Colorectal Cancer,CRC)方面显示了较好的辅助作用。本文就CKI应用于CRC的研究进展做一综述。
The main effective components of Compound Kushen Injection（ CKI） are matrine（ MA） and Oxymatrine（ OM）,which are antitumor active. Many studies suggest that CKI shows good auxiliary effect in the treatment of colorectal cancer. This paper reviews the research progress of CKI assisted treatment in colorectal cancer,in order to provide a theoretical basis for further research.
