摘要
依据某快递集散中心传送带式人工分拣的快件比例差异,提出了两种分拣策略,分别对每一种分拣策略进行了Flexsim仿真建模,通过对两种分拣策略及现实情况的运行结果进行分析、比较,并采用生产线均衡的方法,平衡作业者工作量,设置站位规则,制定优化方案。
In this paper, in view of the proportions of express parcels picked by the conveyor-type manual sorting process at a certain express delivery center, we proposed two sorting strategies, and built the Flexsim simulation model for each of them. Next, through comparing the result of the two strategies with the practical situation, we strived to balance the production line in terms of the worker＇s workload and standing locations.
