布草租赁洗涤物流网络优化

摘要 物流成本高企、物流服务不佳是布草租赁洗涤模式发展的瓶颈。针对布草租赁洗涤的物流配送需求,考虑了配送中车辆容量、行驶时间限制以及多车次的情况,以车辆持有成本、支线配送成本、干线运输成本和中转站设立成本之和最低为目标,建立了中转站选址与车辆路径安排问题的集成优化模型,并设计了以遗传算法为框架,嵌套改进的插入法的两阶段求解算法。最后通过某洗涤企业实例验证了模型和算法的可行性及有效性。 In this paper, in view of the demand of the linen leasing and washing businesses for the logistics and distribution service, and with consideration of the limit on the capacity and travel time of the distribution vehicles and the scenarios involving multiple vehicles or runs, we built an integrated optimization model for the location allocation of the transfer station and the routing of the vehicles, which aimed at minimizing the sum of the vehicle holding cost, branch line distribution cost, trunk line transportation cost and transfer station building cost and developed a two-stage algorithm for its solution based on framework of the genetic algorithm nested and improved with the interpolation method. At the end, through a practical case involving a washing enterprise, we demonstrated the feasibility and effectiveness of the model and algorithm.
