一例蛋鸡传染性喉气管炎的诊治与体会

Diagnosis and Treatment of Infectious Laryngotracheitis in a Layer

2017年1~3月,山东省某蛋鸡场爆发一种以咳嗽、甩血痰、气管和喉头黏膜肿大、产蛋率下降为主要特征的疫病,临床初步诊断为疑似鸡传染性喉气管炎病毒感染,取喉头和气管组织进行PCR检测和病毒分离鉴定,最终确诊为鸡传染性喉气管炎,通过采取系列治疗措施,疫病得到了控制。

From January to March of 2017,an epidemic disease featured cough,bloody sputum,swelling trachea and throat mucosal,decrease of laying rate was burst out in a layer hen farm in Shandong province.The clinical diagnosis showed it might be infectious laryngotracheitis virus,therefore,the throat and trachea tissues were taken to do PCR test and virus isolation identification,and finally,it was confirmed to be infectious laryngotracheitis.Through series of treatments,the disease was controlled.
