A Shallow Argument on Digital Campus Construction with Smart Education Under the Circumstances of Internet Plus Action Plan

在"互联网+"和大数据时代,不论是高等教育还是基础教育,智慧化无疑是各种教育存在和发展的必要条件。智慧教育的最终目标就是使教育的效能得到充分的发挥,实现老师教、学生学的效率最大化。围绕"互联网+"行动计划背景下的智慧教育,侧重对数字校园的内涵建设、数字校园的建设目标与内容,以及三种具有示范意义的数字校园建设、管理和应用模式展开了探讨。

In the big data and Internet plus era,the construction of wisdom is the basic requirements for both higher education and elementary education undoubtedly. This thesis has a shallowargument on the connotation construction of digital campus,the objectives and contents of construction of digital campus,and three exemplary models of digital campus building,management and application. The essay points out that the ultimate goal of smart education is to make full use of the efficiency of education and to maximize the efficiency of teachers and students.
