摘要
民宿作为新兴的旅游休闲产品,在我国发展时间较短,民宿经营者运营理念不够成熟,同质化经营及制度性缺失等要素,致使民宿的生存与发展呈现诸多问题:重住宿轻体验,重商业轻人文,重眼前轻长远,过渡装修忽视自身个性化符号等。通过文献研究法、比较法和案例分析法对我国民宿产业的经营和管理现状进行分析总结,提出乡村民宿应以差异化的生存与竞争策略实现可持续发展。
As a new tourism and leisure product,the homestay has a short development time in our country.The operation idea of the operator is not mature enough.The factors such as homogeneity management and institutional lack has caused many problems,such as the focus on the lodging,the neglect of the accommodation;the focus of the business benefit and the neglect of humanities;the focus of the short-term benefit and the neglect of long-term benefit;heavy decoration while neglecting individual personalization symbol,etc.Through the literature research,comparison and case analysis,the present situation of the management of our country's homestay industry is analyzed and summarized.It is suggested that the rural homestay should realize the sustainable development with the differential survival and competition strategy.
