Current Situation,Problems and Countermeasures of Community Reading under the Background of National Reading

建设创新型国家和学习型社会的重要任务就是营造一个书香浓郁的社会,阅读在推动社会进步中的力量是必不可少的。在全民阅读背景下梳理了社区阅读的现状,分析了社区阅读存在的问题,在此基础上,从政府投入、社会支持、社区落实、居民转变观念等方面,提出了提升社区阅读效果的对策。

The important task of building an innovative country and a learning society is to create a society of loving reading,and reading is essential in promoting the strength of social progress.The present situation of community reading is combed under the background of national reading,and the problems existing in the community reading are analyzed.On this basis,the countermeasures of improving the community reading effect are put forward from the aspects of government input,social support,community implementation,and the change of residents＇ concept.
