摘要
采纳了张阔等人编写的《积极心理资本问卷(PPQ)》和张丽锦等人编写的《大学毕业班学生就业压力量表》,对随机挑选的203名在校大四本科生发放问卷进行调查统计,致力于研究眼下高校毕业生积极心理资本与就业压力的关系。得到结论:(1)大学生积极心理资本及其各个维度都比理论中值略高,处于中等偏上水平,就业压力略低于理论中值;(2)大学生积极心理资本在性别、户口上不存在差异,综合测评靠前者要显著高于综测靠后者,大学生就业压力与户籍、专业因素无关,女大学生就业压力明显要低于男大学生,综测排名靠前的学生就业压力低于综测排名靠后者;(3)大学生积极心理资本与就业压力二者呈负相关关系。
This article adopts Positive Psychological Capital Questionnaire(PPQ)written by the Zhang Kuo and College Graduates' Employment Pressure Scale by Zhang Lijin,a survey is conducted on the questionnaire of 203 college graduates randomly selected to study the relationship between positive psychological capital and employment pressure of college graduates.The conclusions are as follows:(1)the positive psychological capital of college students and their various dimensions are slightly higher than the middle value of the theory,at the middle level,and the employment pressure is slightly lower than the theoretical median;(2)there is no difference between the positive psychological capital of the college students on the gender and the registered permanent residence,and the comprehensive evaluation depends on the former to be significantly higher than the latter,the employment pressure of college students and the household registration,and the household registration.Professional factors are irrelevant,the employment pressure of female college students is obviously lower than that of male college students,and the employment pressure of students ranking on the top of comprehensive test is lower than that of the latter;(3)there is a negative correlation between the positive psychological capital and the employment pressure of college students.
