深度贫困地区生态补偿脱贫工程的几点思考——以泸溪县为例

Reflections on the Ecological Compensation for Poverty Alleviation in Deep and Poor Areas——Take Luxi County as an example

介绍湖南深度贫困地区泸溪县的特点、现状,对泸溪县生态补偿脱贫工程的措施和做法进行阐述,提出了必须从加强组织领导,明确工作思路;争取资金支持,加大政策扶持;创新机制,拓宽脱贫增收渠道;调整产业结构,提高贫困家庭林业收入等方面建议和对策。

This paper introduces the characteristics and status of Huxi County in the deep poverty-stricken areas in Hunan Province, and expounds the measures and practices of the ecological compensation poverty reduction project in Huxi County. It puts forward that we must strengthen the organizational leadership and clarify the working ideas; strive for financial support and increase policy support. Innovate mechanisms, broaden the channels for poverty alleviation and income increase, adjust the industrial structure, and increase the income of poor families＇ forestry;
