对新时期国有林场进行综合系统调查、总结分析,精准定位,制定针对性的管理机制,实现运营方式的创新,逐步完善各项政策、体系。在此基础上,结合国家政策针对其不同地域提出了国有林场的发展与脱贫政策之间的关系。通过提升国有林场竞争力,实现国有林场的可持续化发展。

Conduct a comprehensive survey on the state-owned forest farms in the new period, summarize and analyze, pinpoint positioning, formulate targeted management mechanisms, realize innovations in operation methods, and gradually improve various policies and systems. On this basis, the relationship between the development of state-owned forest farms and the policy of poverty alleviation has been proposed in conjunction with national policies for different regions. By improving the competitiveness of state-owned forest farms, the sustainable development of state-owned forest farms will be achieved.
