现阶段我国的一些地区在选择适合本地区发展的战略性新兴产业的过程中,同一产业被很多地区选为主导产业来推动本地区经济的发展,最终出现了很严重的趋同现象。通过对当前我国战略性新兴产业同构现状,同构隐患,同构原因进行研究,列举当前我国政府的规制路径,并对政府对战略新兴产业规制提出了合理的建议。

At this stage, some regions in China are choosing a strategic emerging industry that is suitable for the development of the region. The same industry has been selected as the leading industry in many regions to promote the development of the region＇s economy. Eventually, a very serious convergence phenomenon has emerged. By studying the status quo of China＇s strategic emerging industries in the same structure, the risks of homogeneity, and the causes of homogeneity, the current regulatory path of the Chinese government is listed, and reasonable proposals are made for the government＇s regulation of emerging strategic industries.
