从目前集体林权制度的改革背景出发,对现阶段林下经济适应集体林权制度的发展模式进行思考,介绍林下种植、林下养殖和森林景观利用等新时期林下经济模式,提出了拓宽资金流入,构建现代物流体系等发展林下经济的对策和措施。

Based on the current background of the reform of the collective forest tenure system, this paper considers the current development model of the forest economy to adapt to the collective forest tenure system and introduces new under-story economic models such as under-forest planting, under-story farming, and forest landscape utilization. Widen the inflow of funds, construct a modern logistics system,and develop countermeasures and measures for the under-forest economy.
