林业站是我国目前最基层的林业工作机构,承担政策宣传、资源管理、林政执法、生产组织、科技推广和社会化服务等职能,工作内容涵盖林业工作的全过程和各方面,是落实所有林业方针、政策工作的最前线。提出了加强机构建设、加强队伍建设、加快基础设施建设、规范站务管理,提高基层林业站的整体管理水平等对策。

The forestry station is the most basic grassroots organization in China. It undertakes the functions of policy advocacy, resource management, forestry law enforcement, production organization,science and technology promotion, and socialized services. The work covers the entire process and aspects of forestry work and is implemented. All forestry policies and policies are at the forefront of work. It puts forward measures such as strengthening institutional construction, strengthening team building, accelerating infrastructure construction, standardizing management of station affairs, and improving the overall management level of grass-roots forestry stations.
