公益林包含森林、林木、林地,为了让其更好地发挥改善环境的作用,对其进行系统管护是必需的。公益林的管护开展工作一般由各级人民政府出资,旨在保持生态平衡,满足人类需求。从分析公益林管护工作开展现状出发,分析尚存的不足,提出了加强公益林管护工作的措施。
