摘要
基于马斯洛需求层次理论对薪酬进行了重新分类,结合心理账户理论探讨了员工心理账户与薪酬激励的相互关系和作用机理,研究发现物质性薪酬会强化员工的经济账户,精神性薪酬会强化员工的情感账户,同时经济账户和情感账户作为一个整体是彼此相互影响的。从心理账户的角度提出改进薪酬激励效果的措施,企业不但要保障员工的基本工资和法定社保,而且要提供必要的员工奖金和自主福利。同时要注重员工的社交需求、内外部尊重并举和对员工进行充分地授权,从而帮助企业提高薪酬管理水平和员工薪酬满意度。
Based on the Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory, the reclassification of salary was carried out,and the relationship between the employee's psychological account and salary incentives was explored in conjunction with the theory of psychological accounts. The study found that material compensation would strengthen the employee's economic account and strengthen the spiritual rewards. The employee's emotional account, while the economic account and emotional account as a whole, interact with each other. From the perspective of the psychological account, it proposes measures to improve the effect of salary incentives. Enterprises must not only guarantee basic salary and legal social security of employees,but also provide necessary employee bonuses and independent benefits. At the same time, we must pay attention to the social needs of employees, respect both inside and outside, and fully empower employees to help companies improve their pay management levels and employee pay satisfaction.
