A Study on the Qualitative Evaluation System of Higher Vocational English from the Perspective of Organizational Behavior

摘要 为了更好地解决学生英语实际应用能力和用人企业需要脱节的现状,本文从企业视角出发,参照组织行为学相关理论,实际调研了用人企业在评价主体、评价手段、评价内容、评价时机等方面对高职院校现存英语评价体系的期望与需求,获得了第一手资料。基于此,提出对高职英语评价体系进行创新,引入质性评价,构建高职英语质性职业评价体系。 At present,the English practical application ability of higher vocational students' cannot fully satisfy the need of industries. In order to perfect the higher vocational English's professional evaluation system,based on the organizational behavior theory,this paper investigates the employers,acquires the first-hand survey data,and does an empirical study about the employers' expectation and needs for existing professional evaluation system in terms of evaluation body,evaluation means,evaluation contents and evaluation times. On that basis,this paper claims that making an innovation about higher vocational English's professional evaluation system by introducing qualitative evaluation,thus building a qualitative professional evaluation system of higher vocational English.
