基于跨境电商生态系统的安徽外贸人才需求分析

Analysis on the Demand of International Trade Talents in Anhui Based on Cross-Border Electronic Commerce Ecosystem

近年来,安徽省出台多项政策措施促进跨境电商行业发展,以期其成为互联网时代外贸和经济增长的新引擎。这一外贸新业态在发展过程中逐步形成了由贸易、物流和电商等多个有机体相互作用的生态系统。文章基于跨境电商生态系统分析了安徽跨境电商的人才困境,解构了跨境电商生态系统的主要岗位需求,并提出了几点思考,以期解决人才匮乏的现实问题。

In recent years,Anhui Province issued a number of policy measures to promote the development of cross-border electronic commerce industry,in the hope of it become the new engine of foreign trade and economic growth in Internet era.In the process of development this new business mode has gradually formed an ecosystem by many organisms such as trade logistics and e-commerce interacted. Based on the analysis of cross-border e-commerce in Anhui cross-border e-commerce,this paper analyzes the talent dilemma of Anhui cross-border e-commerce,deconstructs the main job requirements of the cross-border e-commerce system and puts forward some suggestions.
