摘要
采用乙醇浸提法从苦豆子中提取生物碱浸提物,对苦豆子生物碱浸提物的抑菌性进行研究。结果表明,一定浓度的苦豆子生物碱浸提物对供试细菌和霉菌都有一定的抑制作用,其抑菌活性与苦豆子生物碱浸提物浓度成正比,浸提物在高温条件下具有良好的稳定性,时间越长抑菌效果越明显,而且在p H值为8时抑菌效果最好。
The antimicrobial effects of ethanol extract from seed of Sophora alopecuroides L. on a series of bacterium,molds and yeast were studied. The extract was also assayed for its stability to temperature,the long time and p H 8 was favorable. The results indicated that the extract with a certain concentration inhibited the growth of bacteria and fungi,while the antimicrobial activity of the extracts was quite stable under heating and ultraviolet radiation.
