摘要
对酶法制备的汉麻籽多肽粉进行急性毒性研究,以期为汉麻籽多肽的开发应用提供理论依据。依据中华人民共和国国家标准《食品安全国家标准经口急性毒性试验》(GB 15193.3—2014),采用限量法对每只小鼠按20 m L/kg·bw体积于12 h内经口灌胃2次上述汉麻籽多肽粉的混悬液,2次总剂量达20 000 mg/kg·bw。对受试小鼠进行连续14 d观察,期间未见任何中毒症状和表现,亦无死亡发生;对小鼠进行大体病理学观察,未见脏器异常改变。结果表明,汉麻籽多肽粉对小鼠经口LD_(50)均大于20 000 mg/kg·bw,属实际无毒物质。
In this study,the acute oral toxicity of hemp seed peptide powder prepared by enzymatic method was studied in order to provide theoretical basis for the development and application of hemp seed peptide powder. The test was based on"Health Food Inspection and Evaluation of Technical Specifcation"by the People's Republic of China(GB 15193.3—2014).Using a limited method for each mouse by 20 m L/kg·bw volume within 12 h by oral gavage twice a suspension of the above hemp seed peptide powder,twice the total dose of 20 000 mg/kg·bw. The mice were observed for 14 consecutive days. During the period,no symptoms and manifestations of poisoning were observed and no deaths occurred. The test results showed that the hemp seed peptide powder on mice oral LD_(50) were greater than 20 000 mg/kg·bw. The hemp seed peptide powder was actually non-toxic substances.
