柠檬是一种营养兼药用价值较高的保健水果,富含柠檬酸、柠檬香精油、类黄酮和VC,VA,VP等有机物质,以及微量的钙、铁、镁、磷、锌等元素。对柠檬营养成分及其综合利用进行综述,为其进一步开发利用提供参考。
Lemon is a nutritional and medicinal value of health care fruit. Rich in citric acid, lemon oil, flavonoids, VC,VA,VP and other organic substances,and traces of calcium,iron,magnesium,phosphorus,zinc and other elements. The author summarized the nutritional components of lemon and its comprehensive application,providing reference for further development and utilization.
