摘要
"食品标准与法规"是食品及相关专业的一门重要必修课程,如何教好成为授课教师需要思考的一道难题。针对传统课堂讲授中存在的内容枯燥乏味、教学方式单一、学生学习兴趣不高等问题,通过应用任务驱动式教学法和改革教学评价方式,以培养学生实践能力为出发点,对"食品标准与法规"进行教学改革,进而有效调动学生的学习热情和创新能力,最终达到提高教学质量的目的。
As an important compulsory course for food and related majors, how to teach the course of Food Standards and Regulations have become a difficult question for teachers. According to the problems in the traditional course delivery,such as too much learning content,tedious and single teaching method,we creatived in improving teaching contents by applying the task-driven teaching model. This teaching reformation which aimed to improve the students' ability in practice mobilized effectively their initiative and enthusiasm. It also ultimately helped to improve the teaching quality for the related course.
