雄安新区的规划和建设需要引进大量人才,构建人才队伍成为雄安新区建立的关键。论文通过描述雄安新区的功能定位以及人才基础,对雄安新区人才引进的优势、机遇以及劣势和威胁的分析,来分析未来雄安新区的人才需求。论文认为雄安新区在突出优势,把握机遇的同时,还要从劣势入手,弱化劣势,在面对周边地区人才引进的威胁时,雄安新区应强化竞争优势,努力推动创新要素集聚,实现人才发展与经济社会发展深度融合。

The planning and construction of Xiong＇an New Area needs to introduce a large number of talents, and the establishment of the talent team has become the key to construct Xiong＇an New Area. Through describing the functional orientation and talent base of Xiong＇an New Area, and analyzing the advantages, opportunities, weaknesses and threats of introducing talents into Xiong＇an New area, the paper analyzes the talent needs of the Xiong＇an new area in the future. The paper proposes that in the process of sticking out advantages and seizing the opportunities, Xiong＇an new area should weaken the disadvantages from the perspective of the disadvantages. In the face of the threat of the introduction of talents in the surrounding areas, Xiong＇an New Area should strengthen the competitive advantages, make efforts to promote the concentration of innovation elements, and realize the deeply integrated of talent development and economic and social development.
