中小企业技术创新发展现状及对策分析

Analysis on the Present Situation and Countermeasures of Technological Innovation and Development in Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises

中小企业在我国发展迅速,逐渐成为国民经济发展的主要组成部分,技术创新也成为中小企业进一步发展的重要内容。中小企业在技术创新方面取得了很大的成就,但是也存在一些问题。论文在进一步研究中小企业创新的基础上,针对在技术创新方面存在的问题,提出一些相应的解决对策,政府制定完善的竞争体系,鼓励科技创新,并提供一系列的扶持政策,企业本身进行信息建设等来改善技术创新的现有条件,获得企业更好的发展。

Small and medium-sized enterprises are developing rapidly in China, and have gradually become the main component of national economic development. Technological innovation has also become an important part of the further development of small and medium-sized enterprises. Small and medium-sized enterprises have made great achievements in technological innovation, but there are also some problems.On the basis of the further research on the innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises, this paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures in view of the problems existing in the technological innovation. The government should make a perfect competition system to encourage scientific and technological innovation, and provide a series of supporting policies, and the enterprise should carry on the information construction to improve the existing condition of the technological innovation, so as to obtain the better development of the enterprise.
