Research on the Management of Reducing Cost and Increasing Efficiency of Enterprises

与传统降本增效不同,论文从降本增效的主体及工具角度来阐述,同时在对降本增效的认识上从一般管理方法上升到与企业生存、发展相关的高度。从激发员工潜力、分工与授权管理、利用好信息化工具三个方面来阐述企业管理降本增效,对企业管理降本增效具有一定的借鉴意义。

Different from the traditional reducing cost and increasing efficiency, the paper expounds the subject and tools of reducing cost and increasing efficiency. Meanwhile, the understanding of reducing cost and increasing efficiency has rose from general management method to the height related to the survival and development of the enterprise.From three aspects of stimulating the potential of employees, division of labor and authorized management, and making good use of information tools, this paper expounds the cost reduction and efficiency increase of enterprise management, which has certain reference significance for reducing cost and increasing efficiency of enterprise management.
