浅谈提升企业现金流管理水平的措施

Discussion on the Measures to Improve the Cash Flow Management Level of Enterprises

我国改革开放以来由于很多企业偏重于开发项目,而对企业的管理不太重视,企业现金流的管理更是一个缺乏管制的情况。在当前经济危机频发的阶段,企业若是不能在现金管理方面做出突破,很有可能导致企业不能发展,甚至面临破产。论文从现金管理对企业发展的重要性出发,研究分析了企业现金流管理的问题,最后提出改进措施提升企业现金流管理水平。

Since China＇s reform and opening up, many enterprises have focused on development projects, but they have not paid much attention to the management of enterprises. And the cash flow management of enterprise is even lack of control. In the current stage of frequent economic crisis, if enterprises can not make a breakthrough in the cash management, it likely to cause the enterprises coming to a halt, or even face bankruptcy. Starting from the importance of cash management to the development of enterprises, this paper studies and analyzes the problems of cash flow management of enterprises, and finally puts forward some measures to improve the level of cash flow management of enterprises.
