浅析“互联网+”背景下的外语教育发展

Brief Analysis on the Development of Foreign Language Education Under the Background of Internet

"互联网+教育"是互联网发挥其在社会资源配置中的优化和集成作用,与传统教育行业相融合而形成的一种新式教育形态。随着十九大报告中对"科教兴国战略"的重申强调、"一带一路"政策的深入以及"二胎政策"的放开,扩大了受教群体,为"互联网+外语教育"提供了发展的机遇。但是"互联网+教育"不是简单的两者相加,依然面临着线上线下新模式的融合、监管、有效性等挑战,如何应对这些挑战成为当下考虑的重点。

＂Internet＋ education＂ is a new form of education formed by the combination of Internet and traditional education industry, in which the internet plays a role of optimization and integration in the allocation of social resources.With the restatement of the strategy of ＂ developing the country through science and education＂in the 19 th CPC National Congress report, the deepening of the ＂the Belt and Road Initiative＂ policy and the opening up of the ＂two-child policy＂,the educated population has been expanded, and opportunities for the development of ＂Internet ＋foreign language education＂are provided. However, ＂Internet＋ education＂ is not a simple combination of the two, it still faces the integration, regulation,effectiveness and other challenges of the new online and offline modes. How to deal with these challenges has become the focus of current consideration.
