关于防范外围因素影响民航空管设备正常运行的研究

Research on Preventing External Factors from Affecting the Normal Operation of Civil Aviation ATC Equipment

近年来,随着中国经济快速发展,各地机场客流量迅速增长,航班量呈逐年增长的态势。在此大环境下,为维护民航"安全第一"的服务宗旨,民航空管设备的正常运行保障变得尤为重要。但是笔者发现,供配电、网络传输、电磁干扰等外围因素影响空管设备正常运行的不正常案例时有发生。为有效减小此类事件的发生概率,提高民航飞行安全,笔者通过深入分析原因,找出外围因素发生的共性及特点,提出了一些切实有效的防范手段~[1]。

In recent years, with the rapid development of China＇s economy, the passenger flow of airports is increasing rapidly, and the number of flights is increasing year by year.Under this environment, in order to maintain the service tenet of ＂safety first ＂ of civil aviation, the guarantee of the normal operation of civil aviation air traffic control equipment has become particularly important.However, the author finds that the abnormal cases of power supply, network transmission, electromagnetic interference and other peripheral factors affecting the normal operation of air traffic control equipment occur from time to time.In order to effectively reduce the occurrence probability of such events and improve the flight safety of civil aviation, the author finds out the commonness and characteristics of the peripheral factors through in-depth analysis of the causes, and puts forward some practical and effective preventive measures.
