摘要
大倾角工作面采煤机链带防滑问题是制约工作面正常回采的主要因素,论文根据采煤机链带等设备自身特点,结合工作面现场存在的主要问题,简要分析大倾角工作面采煤机链带防滑机理后,提出了针对性、实用性较强的解决措施,从技术角度解决了这一难题,为今后类似工作面的顺利安全回采提供了有力的技术支持。
The anti-skid of chain belt of coal machine in large dip angle work face is the main factor that restricts the normal stope of coal mines.According to the characteristics of shearer belt and other equipment, and combined with the main problems existing in the working face site, afer briefly analyzing the anti-skid mechanism of shearer chain belt of large dip angle work face, the paper puts forward some specific and practical solutions. The problem is solved from the technical point of view, which provides a strong technical support for the smooth and safe backstoping of similar working face in the future.
