摘要 大夫庄至东榆林下行联络线跨既有北同蒲线顶推连续梁为单线铁路等截面预应力混凝土连续箱梁,梁长113.2m,顶推重量为2710t,是全国铁路首例小半径顶推梁施工,梁体曲线半径小、应力监控复杂、轴线偏位控制难、营业线施工安全风险高、难度大,要严格落实专项方案及质量安全控制程序,实现工序检查和中间验收标准化,保证顶推施工质量安全可控。 The incremental launching continuous beam is a single line railway uniform section concrete continuous box beam, which is in the project of the down line of Dafu town to east Yulin crossing the existing north Tong Pu railway. The beam length is 113.2 m and the pushing weight is 2710 t, which is the first small radius pushing beam construction in China. The curve radius of the beam body is small, the stress monitoring is complex, the axis deviation position control is difficult, the construction safety risk of the operating line is high, the difficulty is large, so it is needed to strictly implement the special scheme and the quality safety control procedure, and realize the standardization of the process inspection and the intermediate acceptance, so as to guarantee the safety and control of the construction quality.
