摘要 针对机械传感器中的探头和限位开关等故障问题,提出在空气预热器内安装一种简单并易于检修的探针装置,使扇形板与密封片之间保持固定的距离,并对某电厂的2台空气预热器进行了间隙跟踪密封技术的实践和探索。测试结果表明,改造后的空气预热器的漏风率明显降低,各项经济技术指标显著提高,为同类型锅炉的节能改造提供了借鉴。 The air leakage rate of the boiler air preheater is an important factor for the economic performance of the unit. It is the most common technique for large power plants to reduce the air leakage rate through the gap sealing technology. The mechanical sensor is an important part of the clearance tracking sealing technology. Howto solve the problems such as probe and limit switch in the mechanical sensor is always a difficult point. To solve this problem,a simple and easy to overhaul probe device was installed in the air preheater to keep a fixed distance between the fan plate and the seal,so as to achieve a better sealing effect. The application of the retrofit was carried out for two air preheaters in a power plant. After the retrofit,the test of air leakage in the air preheater shows that a great improvement in air preheater technical performance was gained,and can provide reference for saving energy technology retrofit of design,manufacture and installation in the gap tracking seal technology in the air preheater.
