社区矫正是一种非监禁性刑罚执行方式,对未成年人适用社区矫正制度具有十分重要的社会意义。然而我国当前社区矫正立法制度滞后、未成年人社区矫正制度专业性机构未建立,各方社会力量参与社区矫正治理工作的积极性有待进一步提高,针对这一系列问题,应当积极采取完善制度、科学立法、制定个性化未成年人矫正方案等多方面措施,提升社区矫正制度在教育和帮扶未成年人方面的实效性。

Community correction is a kind of non-imprisonment penalty execution method, which has very important social significance to the application of community correction system to minors.However, the current legislation system of community correction in our country lags behind, and the professional institutions of juvenile community correction are not established. The enthusiasm of all social forces to participate in community corrections and governance needs to be further improved. For the series of issues, it is necessary to actively adopt various measures such as improving the system,establishong scientific legislation, and formulating individual correction programs for minors, so as to improve the effectiveness of the community correction system in educating and assisting minors.
