基于高职院校核心竞争力视角下中高职衔接问题研究

长期以来,中等职业学校与高职院校由于在办学模式、管理体制等方面存在差异,致使中高职衔接与协同不够顺畅。而中职与高职在培养目标、专业建设、管理制度等诸多方面缺乏系统性与衔接性,存在脱节、断层或重复等弊端,这势必会大大削弱高职院校的核心竞争力。本文从中高职衔接中存在的问题入手,深入剖析中高职脱节、断层、重复的现状,并在此基础上,提出深化中高职衔接与协同发展的路径及对策,以促进高职院校核心竞争力的提升。

For a long time, secondary vocational schools and higher vocational colleges have not been able to connect and cooperate smoothly due to their differences in educational mode and management system. However, there is a lack of systematicness and connection between secondary vocational school and higher vocational school in many aspects, such as training goal, specialty construction, management system and so on. There are many disadvantages, such as disconnect, fault or repetition, which will weaken the core competitiveness of higher vocational colleges greatly. This paper begins with the problems existing in the connection of middle and higher vocational education, deeply analyzes the current situation of disjointing, fault and repetition in middle and higher vocational education, and on the basis of this, puts forward the path and countermeasures for deepening the convergence and coordinated development of middle and higher vocational education, in order to promote the core competitiveness of higher vocational colleges.
