颐养之家服务人员应急救护技能培训现状调查及对策研究——以新余市颐养之家为例

Investigation into and countermeasures for the training of family care attendants' emergence skills——A case study on family care in Xinyu

为了解颐养之家服务人员应急救护技能现状,采用问卷调查法,对新余市颐养之家632名服务人员进行调查。发现应急救护知识中得分最低的三道题目分别是:如何有效拨打急救电话、心搏骤停急救的黄金时间、心肺复苏时气道开放的方法判断。影响服务人员应急救护技能的因素有年龄、文化程度及以前是否接受过相关的应急救护知识和技能培训等。因此,政府应加强对颐养之家服务人员急救知识技能的培训教育,通过综合干预,增强颐养之家服务人员应急救护能力,以提高乡镇颐养之家老人健康水平和生活质量。

The authors adopted questionnaire to investigate 632 family care attendants for their family care attendants＇ emergence skills,finding that the three lowest score items are how to effectively call emergence call,prime time for cardiac arrest emergence and judgement of the airway opening of cardiopulmonary resuscitation（CPR）.The factors of influencing their emergence skills are age,education degree and whether they had experienced the training of emergence skills.Therefore,the government should strengthen the training of family care attendants＇ emergence skills to improve their emergence ability for the sake of health and living quality of the elderly at home of family care in the township.
