高校流通管理类专业“两能型”人才培养的思考

Reflection on the cultivation of "two ability-type" talents in college circulation management specialty

流通管理类专业培养"两能型"人才,既是现代流通发展的需要,也是流通管理类专业自身发展的需要。流通管理类专业培养"两能型"人才需要在人才培养方案、师资队伍建设、第二课堂活动、创业领域定位、教学方法改革等方面做文章。

It is not only the need of the modern circulation industry development but also the need of the development of the circulation management specialty to cultivate ＂ two ability-type＂ talents in the circulation management specialty.In order to cultivate ＂ two ability-type＂ talents,we should make efforts in the following areas,such as talents cultivation programs,teaching staff construction,second classroom activities,orientation of entrepreneurship and teaching methods reform,etc.
