施氏温针配合中药治疗脂溢性脱发的疗效观察

Therapeutic Observation of SHI's Needle Warming Therapy plus Chinese Medication for Alopecia Seborrheica

目的观察施氏温针配合中药治疗脂溢性脱发的临床疗效。方法将70例脂溢性脱发患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组35例。治疗组采用施氏温针配合中药治疗,对照组采用常规药物治疗。治疗6个月后,比较两组治疗后及治疗后3个月的临床疗效。结果治疗组治疗后及治疗后3个月的总有效率分别为88.6%和80.0%,对照组分别为61.8%和50.0%,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论施氏温针配合中药是一种治疗脂溢性脱发的有效方法。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of SHI＇s needle warming therapy plus Chinese medication in treating alopecia seborrheica. Method Seventy patients with alopecia seborrheica were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, with 35 cases in each group. The treatment group was intervened by SHI＇s needle warming therapy plus Chinese medication, while the control group was treated with conventional medication. The clinical efficacies of the two groups were compared after 6-month treatment as well as at the 3-month follow-up. Result The total effective rate was 88.6% and 80.0% respectively after the treatment and at the 3-month follow-up in the treatment group, versus 61.8% and 50.0% in the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion SHI＇s needle warming therapy plus Chinese medication is an effective method in treating alopecia seborrheica.
