麦粒灸配合三棱针挑刺治疗扁平疣的疗效观察

Therapeutic Observation of Rice-sized Moxibustion plus Pricking Therapy with A Three-edge Needle for Flat Warts

目的观察麦粒灸配合三棱针挑刺治疗扁平疣的临床疗效。方法将104例扁平疣患者随机分为治疗组53例与对照组51例。治疗组采用麦粒灸配合三棱针挑刺治疗,对照组采用外涂维A酸乳膏治疗。比较两组近期(治疗后)和远期(治疗后3个月)的疗效。结果治疗组治疗后总有效率和痊愈率分别为90.2%和62.7%,对照组分别为86.0%和48.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后3个月总有效率和痊愈率分别为92.2%和64.7%,对照组分别为86.0%和48.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论麦粒灸配合三棱针挑刺是一种治疗扁平疣的有效方法。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of rice-sized moxibustion plus pricking therapy with a three-edge needle in treating flat warts. Method A total of 104 patients with flat warts were randomized into a treatment group of 53 cases and a control group of 51 cases. The treatment group was intervened by rice-sized moxibustion plus pricking with a three-edge needle, while the control group was intervened by external application of tretinoin cream. The short-term（right after the treatment） and long-term（at 3-month follow-up） therapeutic efficacies were compared between the two groups. Result The total effective rate and recovery rate right after the treatment were respectively 90.2% and 62.7% in the treatment group, versus 86.0% and 48.0% in the control group, and the between-group differences were statistically significant（P0.05）. The total effective rate and recovery rate at the 3-month follow-up were respectively 92.2% and 64.7% in the treatment group, versus 86.0% and 48.0% in the control group, and the between-group differences were statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Rice-sized moxibustion plus pricking with a three-edge needle is an effective method in treating flat warts.
