低氧诱导因子-1α联合p53蛋白在宫颈癌患者中的表达及对预后的影响

Expression of Hypoxia-inducible Factor-1α and p53 Protein in Cervical Cancer and Its Influence on Prognosis

目的综合分析低氧诱导因子-1α联合p53蛋白在宫颈癌患者中的表达及对预后的影响。方法应用免疫组化SP法,检测低氧诱导因子-1α、p53蛋白在91例宫颈癌患者(宫颈癌组)、91例宫颈上皮内瘤样变者(宫颈上皮内瘤样变组)、91例宫颈鳞状上皮组织者(对照组)中的表达情况。结果 (1)对照组低氧诱导因子-1α阳性率、p53蛋白阳性率分别为0(0/91)、0(0/91),宫颈上皮内瘤样变组低氧诱导因子-1α阳性率、p53蛋白阳性率分别为36.26%(33/91)、36.26%(33/91),宫颈癌组低氧诱导因子-1α阳性率、p53蛋白阳性率分别为68.13%(62/91)、68.13%(62/91),宫颈癌组低氧诱导因子-1α阳性率、p53蛋白阳性率显著高于宫颈上皮内瘤样变组和对照组(P<0.05);(2)CINⅠ者低氧诱导因子-1α阳性率、p53蛋白阳性率显著低于CINⅡ和CINⅢ者(P<0.05);(3)宫颈鳞癌、宫颈腺癌p53蛋白阳性率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论低氧诱导因子-1α联合p53蛋白在宫颈癌患者中的表达发挥着重要作用。

Objective To analyze the expression of hypoxia-inducible factor-1α and p53 protein in cervical cancer and its prognostic significance. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of hypoxia-inducible factor-1α and p53 protein in 91 cervical cancer patients（ cervical cancer group）,91 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia（cervical intraepithelial neoplasia）,91 cases of squamous epithelium of the cervix（ control group）. Results（1）The positive rates of hypoxia-inducible factor-1α and p53 protein in the control group were 0（0/91）,0（0/91）,the positive rates of hypoxiainducible factor-1α and p53 protein in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia were 36. 26%（33/91）,36. 26%（33/91）,the positive rates of hypoxia inducible factor-1α and p53 protein in the cervical cancer group were 68. 13%（62/91）,68. 13%（ P〈0. 05）.The positive rates of hypoxia-inducible factor-1α and p53 protein in cervical group were significantly higher than the cervical intreaepithelial neoplasia group and the control group（ P〈0. 05）.（2）The positire rates of hypoxia-inducible factor-1α and p53 protein in CINⅠ were significantly lower than CINⅡ and CINⅢ（ P〈0. 05）.（3）The positive rate of p53 protein in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and cervical adenocarcinoma was not statistically different. Conclusion The expression of hypoxia-inducible factor-1α and p53 protein plays an important role in cervical cancer.
