血清TSGF、HIF-1α在皮肤鳞状细胞癌中的表达及意义

Significance and Expression of Serum TSGF and HIF-1α in the Patients with Cutaneous Squamous Cell Carcinoma

目的探讨血清TSGF、HIF-1α在皮肤鳞状细胞癌的表达情况及其意义。方法选取90例皮肤鳞状细胞癌患者为观察组,选取同时期的90名体检健康者为对照组,检测与比较两组的血清TSGF、HIF-1α水平及阳性率,同时比较观察组中不同分级、分化程度及病灶部位患者的血清TSGF、HIF-1α水平及阳性率,并采用Logistic回归分析血清TSGF、HIF-1α水平与皮肤鳞状细胞癌的关系。结果观察组的血清TSGF、HIF-1α水平及阳性率均高于对照组,分级较高及分化程度较低的患者血清TSGF、HIF-1α水平及阳性率均高于分级较低及分化程度较高的患者,而不同病灶部位患者的血清TSGF、HIF-1α水平及阳性率差异则无统计学意义,经Logistic回归分析处理显示,血清TSGF、HIF-1α水平均与皮肤鳞状细胞癌有密切的关系。结论血清TSGF、HIF-1α水平在皮肤鳞状细胞癌患者中呈现高表达状态,且上述血清指标对于本病的分级及分化程度均有一定的指导意义,因此在皮肤鳞状细胞癌患者中具有较高的检测价值。

Objective To observe and investigate the expression and significance of serum TSGF and HIF-1α in the patients with cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma. Methods 90 patients with cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma were selected as the observation group,90 healthy persons at the same time were selected as the control group,then the serum TSGF and HIF-1α levels and positive rates of the 2 groups were detected and compared,the serum TSGF and HIF-1α levels and positive rates of the observation group with different classifications,differentiation degree and lesion locations were compared,and the relationship between the serum TSGF,HIF-1α and cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma were analyzed by the Logistic regression analysis. Results The serum TSGF and HIF-1α levels and positive rates of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group,the serum TSGF and HIF-1α levels and the positive rates of observation group with higher classifications and lower differentiation degree were all higher than those of patients with lower lassifications and higher differentiation degree,while the serum TSGF and HIF-1α levels and positive rates of the observation group with different lesion locations had no significant differences,and the Logistic regression analysis showed that the serum TSGF and HIF-1α all had close relationship to the cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma. Conclusion The serum TSGF and HIF-1α in the patients with cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma show higher expression,and those serum indexes have certain guidance significance for the classifications and differentiation degree of disease,so they have higher detection detection value in the patients with cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma.
