中药联合TACE对原发性肝癌的疗效及对其肝功能的影响研究

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with TACE for Primary Liver Cancer and Its Effect on Liver Function

目的综合分析中药联合TACE(经动脉化疗栓塞)对原发性肝癌患者的疗效及对其肝功能的影响。方法选取122原发性肝癌患者,按照数字表法分实验组与对照组两组,每组人数相同。对照组患者应用经动脉化疗栓塞治疗方法,实验组在对照组的基础上加入中医治疗。结果 (1)实验组患者近期治疗总有效率远远高于对照组患者(P<0.05);(2)实验组患者复发率远远低于对照组患者(P<0.05);(3)治疗前,两组患者的白细胞计数、肝功能、甲胎蛋白等水平比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,实验组患者的白细胞计数、肝功能、甲胎蛋白等水平显著优于对照组(P<0.05);(4)实验组患者卡氏评分显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论中药联合经动脉化疗栓塞手术在原发性肝癌患者中的应用价值比较高。

Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with TACE（transcatheter arterial chemoembolization） for primary liver cancer and its effect on liver function. Methods 125 patients with primary liver cancer were selected and divided into the experimental the group and control group according to the number table. The patients in the control group were treated with arterial chemoembolization. The experimental group was treated with Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group. Results （1）The total effective rate of the patients in the experimental group was much higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）;（2）The recurrence rate in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）;（3）After treatment,the levels of white blood cell count,liver function and alpha-fetoprotein in the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）,and the levels of white blood cell count,liver function and alpha-fetoprotein were not statistically significant）;（4） The score of the patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with arterial chemoembolization for patients with primary liver cancer is relatively high.
