摘要
建立了冒口脉冲磁致振荡(HPMO)作用下18 t铸锭凝固过程的数学模型,运用商业软件ANSYS对铸锭凝固过程的电磁场、流场和温度场的分布进行了数值模拟。研究结果表明,HPMO在铸锭内部产生的电磁效应主要集中在铸锭冒口区域,并随时间和空间不断变化,该结果为HPMO在大铸锭工业生产中的应用提供了重要的参考依据。
The mathematical model was built to describe the solidification process of an 18 t ingot under HPMO. The distributions of electromagnetic field,flow field and temperature field were simulated with the commercial ANSYS finite element software. The simulation results showed that the electromagnetic effects of HPMO concentrated mainly in the hot-top of ingot and changed with the time and space,which would provide important references for the application of HPMO in ingot production.
