血型对育龄期临产孕妇凝血功能的影响

Effect of blood type on coagulation function in parturient women of child-bearing age

目的探讨血型对育龄期临产孕妇凝血功能的影响。方法选择住院分娩的育龄期临产孕妇,测定身高、体质量、血型、凝血酶原时间(PT)、国际标准化比值(INR)、活化部分凝血酶原时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、血浆纤维蛋白原(FIB)和血小板数(PLT),并计算体质量指数(BMI)。根据血型将临产孕妇分为非O血型组与O血型组。结果 2组育龄期临产孕妇的妊娠周期、年龄、身高、体质量和BMI无显著差异。与O血型组相比,非O血型组孕妇血浆FIB水平显著升高(P<0.05),且APTT显著缩短(P<0.01)。2组孕妇PT、INR、TT和PLT无显著差异。结论育龄期临产孕妇中,非O血型孕妇较O血型孕妇凝血功能更加亢进。

Objective To investigate the effect of blood type on coagulation function in parturient women of child-bearing period.Methods Parturient women child-bearing period in hospital were selected,and the indexes such as height,weight,blood type,prothrombin time（PT）,international normalized ratio（INR）,activated partial thromboplastin time（APTT）,thrombin time（TT）,fibrinogen（FIB） and platelets（PLT） were detected,and the body mass index（BMI） was calculated.The parturient women were divided into O blood type group and non O blood type group.Results There were no significant differences between non O blood type group and O blood type group in gestation period,age,height,weight and BMI.Compared with O blood type group,the concentration of FIB in non O blood type group was significantly higher（P〈0.05）,and APTT was significantly shorter（P〈0.01）.Moreover,there were no significant differences in PT,INR,TT and PLT between two groups.Conclusion In parturient women of child-bearing period,coagulation function of O blood type parturient women was more hyperactive than non O blood type parturient women.
