摘要
该文将纳米氧化锌与普通氧化锌丁腈橡胶的物理机械性能进行了对比研究,对它们的摩擦磨损性能进行了对比分析。文章首先进行试样的制备,摩擦学性能测试在摩擦磨损试验机上进行。研究表明,添加纳米氧化锌丁腈橡胶的交联密度、抗拉强度等物理力学性能与普通氧化锌胶料相比均得到显著提高;添加纳米氧化锌胶料有着更低的摩擦系数,摩擦磨损性能优异,这主要归因于其具有更大的交联密度。
In this article,the physical and mechanical properties on Nitrile-butadiene rubber filled with conventional ZnO(c-ZnO)and nano-ZnO(n-ZnO)were studied.The tribological behaviors of NBR were analyzed using abrasive wear tester.The studies show that,the NBR composite by incorporation of nano-ZnO owns higher tensile stress and crosslinking density than that of NBR containing c-ZnO.On account of greater crosslinking density,the NBR filled by n-ZnO indicates the more outstanding wear resistance.
