摘要
目的通过观察电针对妊娠晚期大鼠子宫组织钙离子(Ca^(2+) )浓度、前列腺素F_(2α)(prostaglandin F2 alpha,PGF_(2α))的含量及其在子宫内受体FP的表达情况,探索针刺促宫缩的可能机制。方法将健康成年SD雌鼠40只分为电针组、催产素组、电针+Ca^(2+) 阻滞剂组和模型对照组四个孕鼠组,及空白对照组一个未孕雌鼠组进行相应操作并检测。结果大鼠子宫组织中的Ca^(2+) 浓度各组之间比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。与空白组和模型组比较,针刺组和催产素组子宫组织PGF_(2α)含量均显著增高(P<0.05)。与空白组比较,针刺组、催产素组、阻滞剂组子宫组织FP的表达均显著增高(P<0.05)。与空白组和模型组比较,针刺组、催产素组、阻滞剂组子宫组织FP mRNA的表达均显著增高(P<0.05)。结论电针可以显著升高孕晚期大鼠子宫组织内促宫缩激素PGF_(2α)含量,并增强其受体的表达以促进子宫平滑肌收缩。各干预方法对孕鼠子宫组织内Ca^(2+) 浓度改变作用不明显。
Objective To observe the concentration of calciumion( Ca2+),the content of prostaglandin F2 alpha( PGF2α) and the expression of FP in the uterus of the late pregnancy rats,and to explore the possible mechanism of acupuncture promoting uterine contraction. Methods Forty healthy female SD rats were randomly divided into EA group,oxytocin( OT) group,DHPs group,model control( MC) group and a normal control( NC) group. The corresponding operations and detection were conducted in each group. Results There was no significant difference in the concentration of Ca2+ in uterine of each group( P 〉 0. 05). Compared with the normal control group and model control group,the content of PGF2αin the uterine in the EA group and OT group were significantly increased( P 〈 0. 05); Compared with the normal control group,the expression of FP in the uterine of the EA group,OT group and DHPs group were significantly increased( P 〈 0. 05). Compared with the normal control group and model control group,the expression of FP mRNA in the uterine of the EA group,OT group and DHPs group were significantly increased( P〈 0. 05). Conclusion Electro-acupuncture can significantly increase the content of PGF2αin the uterus of the third trimester of rats,and enhance the expression of its receptors to promote the contraction of uterine smooth muscle. The effect of intervention methods on the concentration of Ca2+ in the uterus of pregnant rats was not obvious.
