高血压病症状、证候及针刺治疗规律在2005年前后变化的文本挖掘研究

Text mining research on the changes of symptoms,syndromes and acupuncture treatment on hypertension around 2005

目的总结近十年高血压病的症状、证候及针刺取穴的变化,探寻高血压病的针刺治疗规律。方法运用基于敏感关键词频数统计的数据分层算法,以"高血压"为检索词,分别挖掘2005年前后的相关文献,采用超大规模XML数据及分析转换工具软件对数据进行格式化处理,分析近十年高血压病常见症状、证候及针刺取穴的差异,用软件Cytoscape 3.4.0对数据做可视化处理。结果高血压病的常见症状、证候及常用针刺取穴在2005年前后比较无明显变化,但在2005年之后呕吐、恶心、胸闷、心悸等伴随症状明显增多,且多与其他症状并见,痰湿证、痰瘀证、湿热证2005年之后也开始多见。而在穴位的联用方面发现手足阳明经的穴位(足三里、曲池、合谷、丰隆)、手厥阴经的穴位(内关)的联用明显增加。结论近十年来,高血压病的基本针刺取穴基本稳定,但从手足阳明经和手厥阴经穴位入手是针对高血压病痰湿证候表现增加的重要针刺治疗方法。

Objective To summarize the changes of symptoms,syndromes and accupoints of hypertension in recent ten years to study on acupuncture treatment of hypertension. Methods The algorithm of slicing data model on the basis of the frequency statistics of sensitive keywords was adopted to mine the associated literature around 2005. The word‘hypertension’was used as the key term to analyze the difference of the common symptoms,syndromes,and acupuncture points according to independent patent ultralarge-scale XML data conversion and analysis software. All the data were visualized by Cytoscape 3. 4. 0.Results There were no significant changes in the common symptoms and acupuncture points of hypertension before and after 2005,but the accompanying symptoms increased significantly after 2005,such as vomiting,nausea,chest tightness,palpitations and so on. And it appears together with other symptoms constantly. However,the phlegm-dampness syndrome increased obviously after 2005. Meanwhile,the phlegm stasis syndrome and the dampness-heat syndrome became more commone after 2005. Moreover,in the acupuncture treatment,the acupoint combination is enhanced between the acupoints in the Hand and Foot Yangming Channel（ Zusanli,Qupool,Hegu,Fenglong） and Hand-jueyin Pericardium Meridian（ Neiguan）.Conclusion In recent ten years,There were no significant changes in the basic acupuncture treatment onhypertension. However,it is a significant acupuncture therapy to treat the hypertension of phlegm-dampness syndrome by selecting the acupoints in the Hand and Foot Yangming Channel and Hand-jueyin Pericardium Meridian.
